Magic Match: use the falling blocks to build the next cluster
A tap removes a connected group, and the blocks above fall into its space. Consider that falling arrangement before popping a small group: it may join two larger areas of the same color, or separate pieces you hoped to combine. The displayed score target defines the task.
Controls
Tap: Simply touch a group of matching colored blocks on the screen to pop them. Tap on the item icons at the top to select and use them.
Use the falling blocks to build the next cluster
Look at the grid of colorful blocks. Find groups of two or more blocks that are the same color and are touching each other (horizontally or vertically).
Tap on the group to pop them! They will disappear, and the blocks above will fall down to fill the empty space.
Look at the top of the screen. You have a "Target Score" to reach. Try to group large clusters of the same color before tapping them to get massive point bonuses.
If you get stuck with single blocks, use the items at the top of the screen (if you have them). A hammer breaks a single block, a paintbrush changes a block's color, and a bomb clears an area.
Clear enough blocks to reach the goal score to win the level and move on to the next one!
Classic "Pop" Mechanics
Tap two or more adjacent blocks of the same color to eliminate them.
Strategic Scoring and Helpful Power-ups
The more blocks you pop in a single tap, the exponentially higher your score.
Utilize special items like Hammers, Magic Wands, and Bombs to clear tricky situations.
Reach the target score to advance to the next, more challenging level.
Reach the level's target score by clearing connected matching blocks
Compare a small immediate match with a move that brings a larger group together. Look for stranded single blocks before spending a limited tool.
Diagonal contact alone is not a valid connection. A large-looking area can contain separate groups that do not clear together.

Questions about Magic Match
What happens if I don't reach the Target Score?
If there are no more possible moves left on the board and you haven't reached the Target Score, you fail the level and must try again.
Is it better to pop blocks right away or wait?
It is almost always better to wait! Try to pop smaller groups to make larger groups of the same color fall together. The score reward for a large cluster is much higher than popping several small clusters.
