1. The service and eligibility

We provide a collection of browser games, game information and browsing features for personal entertainment. The website does not require an account, subscription or payment to browse the collection and launch a game. You are responsible for your device and internet connection, including any charges from your provider.

4. Instructions, platforms and ratings

Our game descriptions and guides are prepared using information supplied with the games. They are intended to help you choose and understand a game, but versions and features can change. Platform information describes the available browser compatibility or control information; it does not guarantee that every device or browser will perform identically.

Ratings identified as source ratings come from the game provider and are displayed on a 0.0 to 5.0 scale. They are not user votes collected on this website, an independent certification or a promise about your experience. Please report inaccurate descriptions or broken games using the contact details on this page.

5. External games, links and services

Playable content and linked resources may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to the services they operate. Review those notices before sharing information, creating an account with them or agreeing to a transaction. Our website does not operate a payment checkout or sell in-game items.

We do not control every change to an external game or guarantee the availability of external services. This does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on us. Let us know if a game presents an unexpected payment request, unsafe link or other concern so that we can review its place in the collection.

6. Saved lists, progress and availability

Favorites and recently played lists are stored in your browser. They are not a cloud account or a backup of in-game progress. Clearing browser data, changing devices or changes within a game can remove saved information. We cannot promise that a game will preserve progress or support transferring it between devices.

We may correct instructions, update the collection, replace or remove games, or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that any particular game will remain available indefinitely.

7. Support and rights reports

Send support or rights concerns to mia@minigame.xin. For a game problem, include its URL, your browser and device, and the steps that led to the issue. For a copyright or other rights concern, identify the affected material, explain the right involved and your authority to report it, and provide a way for us to contact you.

We may request clarification to assess a report and may restrict access to disputed content while reviewing it. Send accurate information and do not include passwords or unnecessary personal data. Information included in a report is handled as described in our privacy policy.

8. Responsibility and your legal rights

The website and games are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make additional warranties that the service will be error-free, continuously available or suitable for every purpose. Games are provided for entertainment, and our guides do not guarantee results or improvements in a real-world skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Any limitations apply only as far as the law allows. These terms do not require you to give up access to a court or authority available to you under mandatory local law.

9. Restrictions and changes to these terms

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, infringement or a legal requirement. You can stop using the website at any time. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact us with details so we can review it.

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The last-updated date identifies the current version; additional notice or agreement will be provided where required by law. Changes do not remove rights that arose under an earlier version. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using the affected service.
